I have ordered anarkali dress from Shade with Shivli instagram account, they sent very fake product, I paid 3500 rs in google pay but still I didt get refund and correct product, that cheater not at all responding to my texts and calls. Totally cheated.

I purchased a dress from the Instagram business account called shades_with_shivli, on 19th December. It has been more than month and they haven’t been responding properly or giving any explanations, or refunding the amount. After almost a month, we couldn’t even find their Instagram page through which we had ordered, they changed it to south_indian_fashionwear. Instead we found an account in which few others had reported about being cheated on by the same seller. They are still active on the instragram page south_indian_fashionwear, and just ignores any message.
