have placed an order by Instagram Ad given by Trivok, Cotton linen shirt (Pack of 4) of Rs. 999/- in COD mode. And placing the order Trivok confirmed my order with order number 39247.
when I received my order through trivok (AWB No: 2449450) and paid Rs. 999/- in cash. after unpacked,0found that only 3 number old and used shirt packed in side that shipment. Also colour and quality not matched as per Advertisement commitment.
Also mentioning that Trivok having return policy within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
So I have mail on same day i .e . 10.6.2023 to the mentioned email id of Trivoke for take return that product. But till date they have not returned that dispute products.
