I have been a customer of Vodafone Italy for 10 years, in last year I have seen a significant degradation of network performance and in particular of the modem performance (Vodafone Revolution)
After the further problems on Sunday 21/03/21 (continuous loss of connection during the day) I requested the replacement of the modem to upgrad to new version (Vodafone Povwer) despite the assurances of the contact center, I've received today the same type of modem, with the same WIFI and performance issues. Whn I asketd
When I asked the replacement, the contact center (Cristina ID Operator 4567) tell me to pay for the new Modem.
I ask you if possible to proceed to the Upgrade, I’m very affectioated to Vodafone and I want to avoid to change TELCO OPERATOR.
