Why you called me I spoke rudly and he disconnected the call

Today again got a call from RBL bank contact number 9619394213 some boy named RAJ spoke to me for credit card
From RBL this is fourth call earlier also I warned not to call me as I am not interested also I told them my number is DND registered but still I got the call
I said I don’t have RBL account also from where you call me he says from database I asked which database.. when asked his name he was telling spking from RBL bank when I screamed he tells RAJ .
Is not RBL bank policy to call on DND Registered number
I am getting call in my no 8817615917 operator airtel number registered for full DND
Why so marketing calls??
When the user register for FULL DND??
The person is busy , receiving important calls, calls are valuable, time is valuable… calling in such DND number not only distract me from my busy schedule also iritaes on my meeting when I come out and pick up the call and get such stupid marketing calls

Also let me tell you what is telephone ettiques.. which is not at all followed by your sales representative due to which he is sacked up…, he would have spoken nicely and smartly he might not have caught up….
Ettiques is to greet the person and say I am spking from.. is it a good time…
Why calling asking me what is your name? when told my name ? Angel Ji .. credit card offer hai… so bad way of opening conversation adding Ji at back..

Dear Airtel Team: its happening quite repeatedly answer me should I switch or you will escalate the issue
I want you guys to penalise all the marketing calls made in DND number……….. should teach a lesson…its high time

But I want penality and I want resolution
