Subject: High electricity Bill from Mumbai Best Undertaking.
Dear Sir,
My consumer number is 494-095-089*7 in the name of my Father Mr. Iqbal Ramzan Khan Chowdhry, I want to file A complaint against The Electricity Bill. Please get this think checked as the electric bill is gone too high for this month June, but my usage is still same. I have paid all my last four months in Lockdown on time below details added. I am seeing from the bill that you have added excessive amount Net Other Charges (B) (12495.91) plus Current Month Bill amount (A) (6938.56).
I want to raise my concern that this is making me dissatisfied, I have always been paying bill on time but every time an unexpected increase in my Electricity Bill is a big trouble for us. Please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible need a immediate action on this. I will not pay these charges as due to lockdown for last four months our financial status is not good. I need clarification on this.
