RESPECTED,
I HAD DONE A RECHARGE ON NUMBER 9711770063 for 509 ( vodafone ) which gives daily data 1.5 gb and unlimited calls. Now after 15 days of recharge the company had cut my 800rs which i had in my balance just because of the reason that by mistake of the company did a mistake and it gave me just the data pack and forgot to give the benefit of calling so they deducted 800rs from my balance. Now i m getting irritated that whats my mistake even after getting a recharge. Is this how vodafone deals with its customers. I would like a complete refund and appologise from the company . And even after so many complaints the company call persons r talking rudely and putting calls on hold for 15 min and then cutting the long calls without justice. I beleive in court justice and hope it gets resolved soon
