At several occasions The vodafone company deducted rupees from my account for using services I never subscribed or clicked for. The details on each case are as follows:
1) sms on 17-Feb-2021 claiming that I chose to access pre embedded games , sum of rupees 25 has been deducted from my account and remaining amount is rupees 32.74 for accessing pre embedded games. ( I don’t know this)
2) sms on 22-Mar-2021 claiming that I chose to access pre embedded games , sum of rupees 49 has been deducted from my account and remaining amount is rupees 26.09 for vibwd2c_bp49v10. ( I don’t know this)
3) sms on 27-Apr-2021 claiming that I chose to access pre embedded games , sum of rupees 15 has been deducted from my account and remaining amount is rupees 2.45 to access sports chat. ( I don’t know this)
3) sms on 22-Sep-2021 claiming that I chose to access pre embedded games , sum of rupees 15 has been deducted from my account and remaining amount is rupees 3.91 to access infotainment USSD services. ( I don’t know this)
4) sms on 22-Sep-2021 claiming that I chose to access pre embedded games , sum of rupees 1 has been deducted from my account and remaining amount is rupees 2.91 to access infotainment USSD services. ( I don’t know this)
I have never made any purchase or activation from the company . Necessary action required
