Dear Concerned
I am having a vodafone post paid connection with plan of 470 per month.
to my utter surprise i was served a bill of 8000 RS. which is totally unjustfied and devoid of any just reason . I fail to understand that when the limit of 470 was crossed why the company did not block my connection.
Then i started getting calls from the collection department that we have setteled the amount for Rs 4000.
The amount of Rs 4000 was paid in cash vide reciept number 007993 on 30 07 2020.
I was called from excel agency having office at 83 phase II near Bassi Theater Mohali.from Shanaya Dhiman from cell number 9888045269. and was misguided that account will be settled for Rs 4000.
To my utter surprise another amount of 3700 is being asked from me. nad there is no request for waiver in the system . the collection agency clearly made false claims and cheated me and coeirced me to pay 4000 Rs which is totally unjustified.
Though this amount was also on higher side and totally unjustified but i decided to pay it as i wanted to settle the issue for once and all.
I feel totaly cheated by the company and by their collection agency .
You are requested to kindly initiate action against these erring members for giving false information and cheating me.
