I am having family plan for the last one and a half years which bills me Rs 1061 every month but last month l got bill for Rs 2937 claiming that one of my family members made ISD call which is completely false as there has been no ISD call made from any of the numbers till date. I have been told to pay the total amount which is inflated bill. Kindly look into it ASAP
