I have bought infinix zero book laptop from Flipkart in February 2023 and after 6 month my laptop was not working..so I raise a complaint in customer care and they sent technician saying that there is issue with your mother board and it is in warranty so will replace it free of cost and when technician visit for repair and changed the mother board but he is unable to repair the laptop so he suggest that he will take laptop with him at service center and inform what is the problem and after 2 days he sent me WhatsApp that your mother board is burn and for that you have to pay..which is not informed to me while he visited for home repair service..then I raise this issue with infinix customer service then immediately same day that person has delivered my laptop to my home in same mint condition..now it’s almost 1 month I am not able to get any reply and service from infinix
