I ve booked pest control services from urban company. They did both spray and gel service. After that also there were cockroaches. This service was under 90 days warranty. So I raised a request. They came abd did something but again after a week I found it ineffective. When called they said they can’t do anything. They can refund me 30% when I objected they said they will refund 50% that at most they can do. I Asked for grievance cell or escalation number they said no further escalation possible.
