I have ordered one product from industrybuying.com on 24th sep 2020, it is out for delivery on 4th oct 2020. They are denying doorstep delivery and asking me to go and collect from their convenient place. They are saying that for everyone they are doing the same. I have to travel 3km to collect my product, if it is like that I could have purchased from shop directly. I want my product on my doorstep that’s why I ordered online. If this complaint solved everyone like me from village will be happy and they will get products at doorstep. Please do the needful. Thank you
