On August 31, 2023 I booked a cab from 571, Koyal Vihar, Sector 52, Gurugram to Mother Dairy, Sector 37, Noida. I had booked the cab from ride-hailing service named “InDrive”. While booking the cab, i choose the option of “Ride+Toll” within the app to hire the cab service. When the cab was booked, the fare was showing a total of INR 606/- (including tolls and AC). However, once I reached the destination location, the driver asked for a total of INR 720/- and forced me to pay the same. I repeatedly informed him that it is unfair and he cant force me to pay, however, i was met with resistance. The driver charged me an extra INR 120 for no reason.
Pursuant to the cab ride, i approached the InDirve support through their mobile app. However, the customer rep (Mr. Sudhanshu) was not helpful at all and refused to entertain my claims in any manner. I requested the customer agent to help settle the account by sending me the INR 120/- which was unjustly charged to me by the driver on his own accord.
I humbly request the discretion to file screenshots as evidence at a later stage
