Text of Complaint by Muskan:

On 25th July 2023, I booked the indrive service for my parents.
Upon reaching the destination, the driver demanded more money than the amount shown in the app. Also, he behaved rudely with my parents.
When I contacted the app regarding the same, they didn’t take any action, just repeatedly saying that separate MCD tax should be paid by the passenger and we are only mediators.

The driver’s details are below:

I’m also attaching the screenshot of the fixed amount in the app and the amount paid by us.
