Text of Complaint by Eamil Augustine:

On 26-09-2023, I booked a flight to Dubai from Cochin for the date 27-09-2023 through Flipkart travel.

I did the online check in and reached the airport at 5:55 PM, I didn’t have any baggages, they denied me and a few others for security check up and asked to contact indigo office. They said seats are not available and asked to take another connection flight.

This is too injustice to me. Then why online check-in is needed, tomorrow i need to rejoin my company. Now,I lost my flight and asked to pay the amount. I am waiting for the confirmation from your team for next flight and I was treated very bad from Indigo staff.

I have my boarding pass, but can’t do security check up.
Being an airline I expected some liberal and standard response, they asked me to book another flight tomorrow or wait until they confirm where I want to go to reach my destination.

I was asked to pay 4000 Rs. And I lost a day of my work. I was treated very bad from indigo staff. Before 30 mins, they are doing other passengers procedures and didn’t do anything for me. No refund and no consideration.

As a first step, I want to send this to you. My ticket is attached along with this.
