I have applied for a loan for some family need… They have sanctioned the loan, whether it is true or fake don’t know. In the agreement it is written that the processing fees 5000 and applicable charges 1500 will be collected prior the loan disbursement. But it is not mentioned that the amount to be paid from the borrower point.
They have already collected the membership fee….
They are asking for processing fee from borrower point after that they will disburse the amount.
This is totally fraud.
