I wanted a loan therefore i gone to their website they told me to install their app then i give him data then they told me to give a membership fees of 900 rs i give then told 5% of my loan amount is security deposit i give them 3000 now they told me to 20% of loan amount given. . but as per rbi guidelines no pay before loan sanction so i need help please

Am also applied loan loan sanction 230000 but the company telling rs 3000 processing fee and then loan disbursed is it true or fake plz suggest me.
