I ordered fossil gen 5 watch carret from myntra i received this watch with scratches and they are not returning the product I have spoke to customer care at least 6 times one of the executive gave me commitment to pickup the product then he didn’t spoke back and yet the product is with me it’s been 15 days taking follow up regularly and they refusing to refund or exchange the product
