Hi,
This is KV Prasad, today i’ve tried to book Tatakl from Nellore to Visakhapatnam, Thirumala train as i attached. When i starting to seen Available – 40 seats but after payment i got Tatkal Waiting list with 52 (TQWL/52). So, i thought that no way chance to confirm tickets so i cancelled after 1-2 hours. But they charged 120/- per passenger as cancellation charges.
My question is if it’s Tatkal seats will close it’s should be show only unavailable message why they booked with waiting list and charging money again.
This is happened with every customer in india. I know this is something big SCAM to loot money from common people.
On this transaction my card was charged Rs.1605.35/- but after cancellation refund i’ve to receive Rs.1330/- only. What is this bloody fake charges on customers.
