I have booked the e-ticket having PNR Number – 4663722757 to travel by Train reached my boarding station in Gwalior 8 hours late.
As the train was running late so I filed TDR for “Train was late more than 3 hours and passengers not traveled”.
They rejected my TDR
I have submitted the complaint to care@irctc.co.in and did follow-up with Indian railway but no response
So I request you to kindly help me in getting the full refund for the ticket having PNR Number – 4663722757
