Shail Kumar cheating me he was offered a car maruti shift dizar model 2012. he was offered in one lack ,100000 rupe to offered he asked to amount of 3000 rupes transport charges and I will pay the amount and next day he asking 7500 rupes I am asking why I pay to these amount he answer to army car ka document charges I will send you that money 7500 he tells me next day morning your home address ka car delivery but no car to deliver plz help me total amount I will paid 10500 so plz help me sir
