I requested for Airtel broadband installation on Monday of this week. I was promised that installation will be done before 6:00 P.M. on Monday. But it was not installed. I reached out to customer care thru twitter where they said it will take 72 hrs. I paid money based on the promise given by Salesman. Today is Wednesday and till now no installation has been done. I am requesting for the refund so I can approach other ISP but they are not eve ready to refund the amount. Please help
