INDIAMART NEGLIGENCE AND FRAUD

I received a mail from Mr. Reet Sharma on August 1, 2023 about De-activation of our IndiaMART.com Services due to breaches any of the terms of use of Indiamart web-site.

I first though that it was something sent by mistake. When I realised that I am not receiving any inquiries over mail or on platform, I tried to establish the base.

I sent a whatsapp message to Ms. Princy jain but did not get any response.

I spoke to the account manager Mr. Shashank Tyagi and he said that deactivation of account is due to some dispute with a some party. I was dead sure of not committing any fraud or dispute by us because I am the sole user of Indiamart account in my company.

I wrote a mail to customer care replying to Reet’s mail and CC’d to all the email IDs I could find on google on 3rd August 2023. I asked them for the proof of this fraud. We have not done a single penny’s transaction on India Mart platform so there is no point of having this dispute. My whole point is that our Company Zenith Hybrid Seeds Pvt Ltd has not committed any dispute or fraud on India Mart platform. India Mart needs to prove any sort of communication/transaction from Zenith’s end. Good if it is proved else we need compensation for our business loss and name shaming.

I did not receive any response except the tickets from indiamart so I again sent a reminder on 5th August 2023.

Today, 8th August 2023 I received a mail from Ms. Pratima Badal saying we will not be able to enable your request as complaints by the below mentioned buyers are still pending for resolution at your related company’s end. Now someone please tell me if this is the representation Indiamart shall be doing..I am amazed of this kiddish response.

I had asked for the reason of cancellation of our company’s account on indiamart. Who are these buyer indiamart has sent for us to contact and resolve case with and why shall I contact them?

India mart has not been able to provide any such linking of dispute so far between our company and any of the vendor because it is baseless. I need the proof of acceptance of payment to company’s account by any such mean.
How do you expect us to sell visiting card and school diaries when the only product we deal into is the vegetable and cereal crop seeds.

Have you ever verified if our company/we have accepted any payment or has done any communication with these parties? For you to cancel any service you need to have a case verified and proved of fraud or dispute on indiamart’s platform and only on indiamart’s platform. But you coward team of fools have not done it because there is no such case. I think lawyers are better to deal with you.

Indiamart has first to proof our company as a party into a dispute by giving us the proof. Failing to prove this account for a great compensation of our business and name loss. You cannot simply hold us responsible for a fraud or dispute without any base.
I need immediate resolution with proof and compensation. They have underestimated the power of a loyal customer. Such a coward behaviour this is. Instead of proving us as a party of fraud you are sending xyz parties for us to contact. Who are they? You contact them and ask for proof of fraud if our company has done anything. This was to be done by you before cancelling the services of our account.

I AM NOT SORRY TO SAY THAT INDIAMART FAILED AGAIN. SUCH A CHEAT & NAME SHAMING THEY HAVE COMMITTED. SHAME!!!!!
