I have bought a headphone of Sony company on the online platform India gadgets.net
They had shown picture of Sony bluetooth headphone and with that they were giving Sony Ear bud free by saying that it is a combi offer. So I had ordered one piece and paid the amount online of ₹1299 by paytm but the product that I have received is only a wired headphone and also it is not of Sony company and I haven’t received any Earbud. And when I tried to contact them on their e-mail or phone number They are not picking up the calls and also not replying to my mails. So please lodge a complaint against them and help me ASAP.
