ACTUALLY MY CONCERN IS THIS, I USED INDIABULLS DHANI APPLICATION FEW MONTHS BACK, I DID’NT LIKE THEIR SERVICES SO THAT I HAVE DECIDED THAT I DON’T USE THEIR APPLICATION,THEN I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE AND TELL HIM THAT PLEASE BLOCK BY ACCOUNT I DID’NT WAN’T TO USE YOUR APPLICATION THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ASSURED ME THAT YOU HAVE SOME DUE AMOUNT IF YOU CLEAR THIS AMOUNT THEN YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCK, THEN I WAS CLEAR ALL THE DUES,AND AFTER SOME MONTH I CHECK MY CIBIL SCORE THEN I REALISE THAT SOME UNWANTED DUES SHOW IN MY PROFILE FROM INDIABULLS DHANI APPLICATION THEN I CONTACT DHANI OFFICIALS ON MAIL AND THEN HE SAID THAT THERE IS SOME DUES PENDING FROM YOUR SIDE I TOLD HIM THAT MY ALL DUES ARE CLEAR SO WHAT KIND OF THIS DUE HAS BEEN SHOWN ON MY PROFILE, THEY SAID THAT IT IS SUBSCRIPTION FEES PENDING FROM YOUR SIDE YOU HAVE JUST CLEAR THIS AMOUNT THEN WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ALL DUES HAS BEEN CLEAR AND YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED THEN I WILL PAY MY DUE AMOUNT AS PER DISCUSSION WITH THEIR TEAM AFTER FEW DAYS THEY AGAIN TOLD ME THAT SOME MORE AMOUNT HAS BEEN PENDING FROM YOUR SIDE THEN I ASK THEIR TEAM THAT WHAT KIND OF AMOUNT DUE FROM MY SIDE I HAVE ALREADY CLEAR MY ALL DUES THEY SAID THAT THIS IS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT THEN I SAID TO THEIR TEAM THAT I ALREADY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND DID’NT USE YOUR APPLICATION SO WHY I PAID SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO CLEAR THIS AMOUNT WE CAN’T HELP YOU IF YOU DON’T PAY THIS AMOUNT WE SHOULD SHOW YOURS PENDING ON YOUR CIBIL PROFILE, THE TEAM OF INDIABULLS DHANI WILL HARRAS ME AND I’M VERY DEPRESSED,EVEN I WANT TO TALK TO THEIR SENIOR BUT ALL THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT THEY DON’T HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THEIR SENIORS. I REQUESTED YOU TO PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
