In January i ordered reliance independent tv for worth of Rs2000 and dth company gives all sd and hd channels for that price for 1 year after the 1 month all hd channel are deactivated and now problem persistimg with other channels like first star pack is romoved and then now colours pack is removed. Customer care is irresponsive they are not solving problems. So, what about our money. Now we want see some channels but they are deactivated now we cant change operator because then what happened to money that we paid to the independent tv.please solve the problem.
