On 18.12.2018 i got messages on my mobile…i.e.
1. Dear Customer, Your workorder no is 949479 , and your Customer ID is 1007291303 ,your installation will be completed shortly.Independent TV.
And
2. Dear Customer,your service request number is 1323624 , and tentative resolution time is 24 Hrs .Independent TV.
But installation not yet done.
