- I book new reliance big tv prebooking connection and I pay 1999rs bacause when i prebooked 15 days i got message that the installation will be done within 15 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any response from the customer service. In January independent TV told i am not able to setup ur connection kindly send ur bank details I refund money within 7 working days,till date not refund money,and no any response .Please help me to refund my money back.
