We are facing a problem in many channels
I have purchased independent tv set top box in December 2019 and my id 1007784521. At that time it was free of cost for one year from purchased.
Now, some channels shows error 200 that you have not subscribed this channel.star channels are not available they are showing technical problems.
Like that many channels are not showing from a week we are facing this issue. Its not a minor problem, Tata sky is showing all channels and independent set gets stuck.
Now i am very dissapointed. Please provide my all channels as per subscription policy as early as possible. I want solution for this issue with immediate effect.
