My name is Nalini Mudgil. We purchased Set Top Box and TV connection for Independent TV in February 2019. It was working fine for a month but than all the channels started vanishing. It keeps showing error. The customer care is not picking up the calls and no one is replying to the emails and complaints. My set box no is 5100 1903 106 7070.
