I have installed the independent TV set-top box an offer at the price of Rs 2500. At the time of installation, they said that you will get all the channels for 1 year but now they have blocked many channels and their customer care said they are following TRAI rules but i had purchase 1 year subscription before TRAI rules order.

So Independent TV must be served me all channels for 1 year as per my subscription at the time of connection booking or refund my amount.
