i have purchase one year subscription of INDEPENDENT TV connection on October 2018 and now according to new TRAI rules my channels has been cut down by independent TV according to their suitable pack to match the validity period of one year.
Now on regular basis they are cutting down the channels and also their customer care service number is not responding.
further i got to know the distributor number to chase my problem but now the distributor is not responding .
Is there any solution for the same ? i need the solution.

Ye independant tv kabhi start hoge ya nhi ya sach me ye farzi hi. Ein Customar valo ne bola tha 15 august tak start ho jayege .
