I have Independent TV dish installed back in Dec, 2018. I was promised 300+ channels including various HD channels. However, I am not able to watch any HD channel and many SD channels have also been removed from the subscription.
I have already called the customer care many times by now and they are doing nothing but harassing me mentally by giving false promises every time.
Waiting for a positive response about full refund and/or resurrection of blocked channels asap.
