My 1st complaint on dealer the price of independent TV connection for 1 year is 2300, but dealer has taken 4260+cable wire charges for 5 years. When I called customer care they said your pack is active for 1 year then I complain on dealer to independent TV customer care they said we will solve ur problem as soon as. That’s problem is still pending.
2. Now about channels my pack is for 1 year I am using from November 2018,as per TRI rules channels has been stopped. Independent TV has made some packs so I had chosen a pack. as per the pack some channels are not available when v speak with customer care they say check in our Web site chose any pack u will find channel list those channel will be activate but some channels r missing customer careĀ always says we have updated ur set top box switch off ur set top box after 30 min then switch on you will receive all channels in ur pack. but still same problem I’m facing.
