I booked a dth connection in Independent TV website by paying Rs 1999/- in advance. They offered me I will be getting connection within 7 – 15 days.. Now its already passed 24 days and I am not even getting any good response from their customer service team. Everytime they are asking me to wait another one week. I have already requested for a refund before days and they are not even bothered to respond to my emails. I think they are scam and giving false commitments to customers, in fact they are cheating the customers. I am not interested in getting their dth connection anymore as they are not even providing any useful information. I want my money back.
