Text of Complaint by PANKAJ DAS:

From Past two days I a trying to resolve my issue related to connection every time it is told within 24 hr it will get rectified and the they your team are answering like automated calls is very tough to understand that issue is resolved or it got increased. Was trying to reach through tele media but failed so i am writting mail with a hope that the issue will get resolved soon. My customer ID details are below.

I have taken freedom 1999 plan and it was told i will get all HD and SD channel free for 1 year. Then this TRAI rules cames i thuaght we will get updates or call for any change but no one has called and not even mail were sent. To give more surprise you people have changed my connection from Hindi language to Kannada language without informing me and when i reached to your customer care they said we can change once along with your request for which i said ok kindly change to Hindi channel on 3rd of April. The gentleman on other side he cofirmed by next day afternoon it will happen ( but i have not got any compplain no.). I turseted him. Now even after 24 Hr same was not done. I tried to reach again custmer care now the gentleman who answered the phone after 30 min of hold told me He has some network issue so kindly call back after 30 min. Poor we again i tried to reach after 30 min then again after waiting for 30 min some other Gentleman reached me and he start the conversion again from zero that we can change the language only once that make me fuss. I asked him can you transfer my call to your senior he told phone is in waiting kindly call again after 30 min. I told him plz keep phone on waiting as i am trying to reach from past 2 hr. The way he talked and responded was not proper at all and he disconnected the call.
I also work in service industry i never has such experiance where call centre peple will disconnect the call when asked for transfer the call to supervioser. Few Points which i wanted to highlight.
1. Without my permission HD channel was stopped although i subscripped for 1 year
2. Without my permission Language change from Hindi to Kannada ( In application i marked for Hindi channels)
3. For querry what will be TAT
