I am user of independent TV and I have taken three years subscription. The services have been stopped by the DTH operator without any fault on my part and even without any notice. This is an unfair trade practice and fraudulent activity towards consumer which attract the panel provision under consumer protection Act. Kindly lodge my complaint and initiate proceedings as deemed fit in this case.
