Dear sir i have fitted New independent TV set top box on April 2019 with one year subscription. But after some days all TV channels are lost When we contact the customer care they just told us that the service will resume in next month.but from the last two months the service is completely shut down.when I call the customer care on 10 June 2019 they told the service on 19 June after that I call again on 21 June that time they told that it will resume in 23 June again when I call on 25 June they again told that the service will resume on 2 of July ..and now when I am writing this complaint the current date is 8 on July 2019.
They are cheating the customers. Plz take the strong action against the independent TV. And refund my charges of rupees 3000 .
