I booked porter to send a parcel to my friend. At the time of booking the fare was 136/-. And when the rider arrived the fare increased to 155/-. The rider forced me to pay 155 or else he wouldn’t do the ride. I contacted the customer care of porter and they asked me to speak to the rider and they wouldnt do any help.
