Hello Airtel,
Today is the 9th day I have booked a request (81332613) to upgrade my connection speed of my DSL connection 0129 4903009. I was told that it only takes 3 working days to do it.
I have called the customer care four times and 2 times to the escalation manager one Ms Sujana and two days later Ms. Deepa both made so much of assurance and I would not have to call and he this issue fixed.
But today I have again written this email asking for support.
It’s so pathetic that just for an upgrade I have to follow up so much, I even went ahead and called the technician (I had his number) he told me he can have it connected in 1hr but he would take as a new connection, my number would change, he was interested in making his monthly targets only and cared nothing of customer service. This is what Airtel has turned into.
Airtel makes so much of a promise in an advertisement that they listen and care but it seems just an advertisement, nothing actually happens.
I have been using Airtel customer for the last 10 years, and never has seen such degraded customer service.
