Text of Complaint by N.C. Mittal:

Dear Sir,

1. I am your loyal customer for Airtel broadband connection no. 0522-4060798 for more than 10 years.

2. My usage of broadband is very low and I am having copper line since optic fiber of airtel is not available in my building, which is called 21 Narain Bazar, 10 lalbagh, Lucknow.

3. Due to my low usage of broadband, I am having airtel data credit balance of more than 200 GB and in order to retain me as a loyal customer, your Mr. Dev Jha of Airtel Lucknow on my request, have received approval of your HO for allowing me Rs. 100/- PM discount in Rs. 699/- plan.

4. To my surprise, May 2020 onwards, instead of billing me at Rs. 599/- per month, I am being billed to pay under Rs. 799/- per month plan, which is unjust and not acceptable to me.

5. Your current bill no. FT2109I001482892 dt. 12.8.2020 amtg. Rs. 942/-, under Rs. 799/- monthly plan, for connection no. 0522-4060798 will not be paid by me, until you send me revised bill for Rs. 599/- per month plan.

6. Kindly take favourable decision for retaining me as airtel customer, within 3 days i.e. by 22.8.2020, failing which I will be compelled to consider switching over to JIO optical fiber, which is currently available in my building.
