This is has to reference with my VODAFONE connection no. 9648238444. Earlier for this connection my monthly charge is Rs. 249/+applicable taxes. But in the current month bill I am seeing that my monthly charges has been increased by Rs.50/. For this increase I have never make a request. Doing such type of practice by VODAFONE without consent of user is objectionable and illegal. Hence it is kindly requested please resolve my issue and revise the plan in line with previous month plan i.e. monthly charge Rs. 249/+applicable taxes.
