I have been using paytm fastag from last few months and what I have experienced is that PAYTM is deducting the toll charges even after not crossing the toll plaza. And this has been happening with me from last few months. I have been following up with them from past so many days but didn’t get the appropriate response and no refund for the deducted amount. I have all the data(proofs) in the passbook.
