I have made an order through AJIO on 24th July which was delivered on 27th July post which I placed a refund request 4, times however the delivery vendor is constantly updating incorrect status as customer has cancelled the request. I have also raised a complaint on this 2-3 times to AJIO however no action is taken. They just create another return request which gets cancelled by delhivery.
