Hi Sir/Madam,

Airtel account number 20009878525

This is to bring to your notice I am not getting proper response from your executives regarding my Issue. Please go through below details and help me.

1. I wanted to buy new broadband connection for my home and approached Airtel through online.
2. I received a call from your sales person Mr. Hemanth Krishna. He explained me the plans.
3. I chose 499 plan for 6 months because he told me that I will be getting 6+1 Month extra validity + Free Installation for Rs. 3000 (Incl Taxes).
4. On 24th May 2023 I have paid Rs. 3003.10/- through online. On same day my broadband connection got activated and I can see the validity is 6 months only given.
5. Immediately I called the sales person and asked him for additional validity as he committed to me before I get connection.
6. He told me that I will get extra validity after 6 months validity completion. I am not convinced by his answer and called Airtel customer care @ 121.
7. I was told by your executives that there is no such plan and the sales person fooled me. I was told that an action will be taken against sales person for misguided me.
8. I asked for immediate disconnection of service. I was told that refund will be issued after 45 days that too no guarantee for full refund.

Now my situation is neither I can disconnect and wait for 45 days for refund not can continue with 6 month validity. I found better offer from your competitor but since the validity 7 months attracted me to buy your connection.

Please extend my plan validity as per your sales person’s commitment with me. Looking forward to hear from you at earliest.

Note : Though I called your customer care center , No action has been taken. They keep on closing the tickets without even call me back to check the issue details.
