I have ordered VKHD Transparent Stone Table Cover (Order ID:324953580808) Qty: 3 from Meesho. I have paid them for 3 Quantity, but I received only 1 Quantity. Hence I returned the product. I received amount of only one Quantity.
I talked to their customer care executive. I told them I have paid for 3 Quantity and you have sent me only 1 Quantity of that product. As I returned the product you must have refund me full amount that I paid. But you have refunded me amount for only one quantity.
The customer care Executive replied the I have return rate more that average, this will have negative impact on their sellers. Hence as per their policy they refund me amount for only 1 Quantity. I have contacted them via Email. still they gave me same reply.
As a consumer I have right to get refund of full amount, still they are denying my right. How could they reply that having higher return rate than average will allow me them to refund me less amount.
If I order some product, I if it is not as per my expectation, it is my full right to return the product. Depending on purchases I have made on Meesho they gave me Graduate. It will indicate that I have done a lot of purchases on it and I am valuable customer to them.
Their reply is definitely against Consumer Protection Laws. Hence I must get full refund. Their response and conduct is definitely against the consumers interest.
Hence I request you to kindly do the needful and help me get full refund. And also set an example so that they will not dare to do such thing with anyone anymore.
