Text of Complaint by Mahaboob ul Haq Aqif:

I Purchased “BrightLyt Wooden Wall Lights/Wall Lamp/Wall Hanging Light/Led Wall Light For Bedroom, Living Room, Drawing Room, Antique, Fixture, Home Decor, Interior Design, Balcony, & Shades” – QTY 2 Returned On 5th Oct 2022.
I Raised A Request To Return Only One Quantity On 2 Oct 2022 And The Return Was Picked Up By The Delivery Agent With Multiple Follow-Ups On 5th Oct 2022.
The Delivery Agent Arrived, And He Asked Me To Return Both As He Will Take Both Qty Or None. I Handed Over Both The QTY To Him (For Which I Have A Video Recording On My Security Camera). But I Received A Refund Of Only One Quality, I Made Multiple Calls But No Positive Action Since 7th Oct 2022.
Called On 7th Oct 2022: Customer Support Agent Said They Will Raise The Complaint And Get Confirmation From The Delivery Agent For Confirmation If They Received 2 Qty, It Will Take 72 Hrs.
Called On 10 Oct 2022: The Customer Support Agent Said They Didn’t Get Any Confirmation From The Delivery Agent, However, Agreed To Refund To Close The Case. For The Same I Received As Below:

I Didn’t Receive Any Refund From Amazon,
Called On 13 Oct 2022: Customer Support Agent Said That The Refund Is Already Initiated On 13th Oct 2022 And Should Be Reflecting Money In The Day, I Insist To Send An Email For The Same, But He (Ravi) Refused And Said They Do Not Have Such Facility Confirm Via Email, Which Is Absolutely Incorrect.
Called 14 Oct 2022: Customer Support Agent Mentioned That, No Refund Is Initiated And They Will Need To Raise A Complaint With The Delivery Agent It Will Take Another 72 Hrs To Get A Response As The Delivery Agent Didn’t Confirm That He Took 2 Qty.
I Am Back To The Same Starting Point, As Of 7th Oct 2022.
I Am Really Frustrated And This Is Not Just One Time, It Happens On Every Return And I Have To Struggle With Amazon And Their Delivery Agents (Very Rude And Unprofessional).

I Am Really Looking Forward To Seeking Your Support And Exposing Amazon For Its Unprofessional Behavior And Services.
