Hi, I booked a round trip flight for my father from Delhi to coimbatore. Spice jet later sent a message saying that the incoming flight has been cancelled due to a schedule change. They later issued a full refund to paytm care as the canx was initiated by them. Paytm did multiple deductions, Rs 495 as cashback given, which is correct. RS 225 as convenience fees, which I said okay to. They also deducted Rs 262 as airline cancellation charge which to date they have not been able to explain why. I have spoken to atleast 16 plus agents including supervisors, and exchanged multiple emails. On Feb 24th, 2020, they sent an email saying we tried doing neft of Rs 225 but it failed, please send us your bank details. I sent them the information post which they stopped responding. Multiple emails to them did not get any response and now they have again started giving me the same answer which is refund is correct, whereas their supervisor admitted in the call that it was not correct. I have repeatedly asked paytm reason for deducting airline canx charges, but they are not answering my question and not refunding my remaining money back. I have all email exchanges with me where paytm sent me a break up of the charges and when I queried they have not answered but sent another email saying we tried to issue remaining refund but it failed, now they are again saying the initial refund issued is correct as we deducted the cashback and convenience fee but they are not answering the deduction of the airline canx charges. I have exchanged multiple emails with paytm but they are not answering my query and not refunding the remaining amount back to me.
