Text of Complaint by Rabisankar Mohanty:

Dear Sir,

This is to notify that I have purchased a shoe on Amazon India with order id 405-0434977-2503557 dated 27 June 2021, which was returned in 24 hrs of delivery due due to wrong size delivered. The agent at the customer care has initiated the return from her end.

Post the pick up has been done today I have received the refund in the Amazon pay which they are forcefully promoting to their customer for usage. While I confronted them over a call to the agents Tanisha she just dropped the call. When I tried again another agent Shabnam has picked and after knowing the matter she transferred the call to her senior who again dropped the call stating that they cannot change or resolve the mistake done by their agent in the refund process and I have to use it in my next purchase.

This is an unlawful practice by Amazon and it’s customer care both in terms of customer engagement and grievance redressal.

Hence, I would request you to please look into the matter and help in with justice. Also I would request you to delve in to the matter and take actions against ecommerce company name Amazon for the unlawful practice of bullying the customers.
