I have ordered the product “High Polymer Butyl Rubber 10CM x 5M” (Rs.412) on 2nd May 2023. I have received the product on 7th May 2023. Due to personal emergency, I was out of station and couldn’t verify the product before 14th May 2023. Today, on 15th May, I found that the product received “High Polymer Butyl Rubber 5CM x 5M”(Rs.165), which is not what I have ordered. Adding to that, I found that few other customers have also experienced the same. I have asked the Meesho customer care to refund, which they denied. As a customer, I have cheated the supplier and the Meesho.
